Just consume this laddu within 2 to 3 days. Make this yummy rava laddu and satisfy your sweet cravings at any time!!

INGREDIENTS

Rava/Sooji - 1 cup
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Hot Milk - 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cashews - 10 nos
Raisins - 20 nos
Ghee - 3 tablespoon
INSTRUCTIONS

1In a pan, add a tablespoon of ghee. Roast the cashews and raisins in ghee till cashews become golden brown and raisin become puffed up. After that, drain these from the ghee and keep it aside.

2In the same ghee, add the grated coconut. Roast the coconut over low to medium flame just under a minute. After that, add sooji/rava and add the remaining 2 tablespoon of ghee too. Roast the rava till it become aromatic and starts to change it's color into light golden color. Stir it often while you roast the rava.

3Now, add the cardamom powder and sugar. Mix the sugar well to the rava mixture for a minute. This helps to melt the sugar a little bit. Do this step in low flame. Next, add the roasted cashews and raisins also. Mix it again and switch off the stove.

4Let it cool down a little bit but not completely. When it is still warm to handle, add the hot milk to the rava mixture.

5Mix well it with your hands. Grease your hand with little ghee, take a little bit rava mixture and shape it into a smooth ball.

6Do the same with the remaining rava mixture. Delicious rava laddu is now ready!!

NOTES

Consume this laddu within 2 to 3 days.

Instead of granulated sugar, you can add powdered sugar too.
