I love paneer paratha very much comparing to all other parathas. Even my hubby also ask me to make panner paratha very often. Whenever I buy paneer, I definitely make paneer parathas. In future I will share other stuffed paratha recipes too.

Knead the flour well and let it rest for at least 15 minutes to get soft parathas. Also, stuff the parathas with generous amount of paneer. You can also add cheese with paneer to make more tasty. Make this delicious paneer parathas and enjoy! Make sure you serve them hot.

4Make 5 equal size balls out of it and keep it aside. Take the resting dough and knead it for a second. Then divide them into 5 equal size balls. Try to make paneer and dough balls are in the same size.

5Take one dough ball and dip it the extra flour (for rolling) and roll into a small circle and place one paneer ball in the center.

6Start gathering all the edges using hand and pinch it into the center as shown in the picture below. Dust the dough slightly with wheat flour and roll it gently from the center. Do not roll harder otherwise the stuffing will come out of the dough. Roll all the parathas as shown in the pic below.

7Now, heat a iron griddle and place the paratha. Cook it on one side then flip and cook on the other side too. Apply butter on both sides while cooking the parathas.

NOTES

Adding butter to cook parathas will give an awesome taste to parathas. You can make your parathas using oil, butter or ghee according to your taste.

If you feel the green chillies are hot, you can remove the seeds and add.

Serve the parathas with onion raita or plain curd. But I usually add little bit of sugar, salt and cumin powder to curd.

Sprinkle little bit of chilli powder or chat masala on top of the curd while serving if you want.

You can also add cheese along with paneer to make this paratha even more richer and tastier.
