Mango Yogurt Popsicle - made with mango puree, yogurt, sugar, vanilla extract. It is very creamy and utterly delicious. Since this is a mango season, why not make a mango popsicles? This one is very simple to make and you can store it in the freezer and enjoy it whenever you want. What can be better than ice pops on a hot day, right!!

Taking popsicle photos is a very tough job to do as I am a beginner to photography. It made my job a lot tougher since it is very creamy. I made two attempts to get these shots. I love the patterns of these cute popsicles. By looking at this it is a visual treat because of its color combo. Here, I didn't create every popsicle in the same pattern. Every popsicle is unique so that each time we take a popsicle, it is a surprise. When it comes to popsicles, everybody becomes a child. Prep Time: 15 min | Cook Time: 7 hours (freezing time)

For Mango Layer:
Mango Puree - 1 1/4 cup, from 2 medium sized mangoes
Sugar - 2 tablespoon
For Yogurt Layer:
Curd/Yogurt - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Vanilla Extract - 1/4 teaspoon

1Wash the mangoes and peel the skin. Then chop them roughly.

2In a blender add chopped mango pieces with 2 tablespoon of sugar. Blend into a smooth puree. Transfer this to a bowl and keep it aside.

3Now, for the yogurt layer, take 3/4 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl. Whisk well with a hand whisk till it becomes smooth.

4Keep the mango puree, yogurt mix ready. Take the popsicle mold. Now, take mango puree with a spoon and pour it in the popsicle mold.

5Then pour in a little bit of yogurt and then again mango puree. Alternatively fill the molds with mango puree and yogurt.

6Fill the rest of the molds with the remaining. Change the mango puree and yogurt pattern as per your wish. Now, insert the popsicle sticks into the popsicle mold.

7Put the molds into the freezer and freeze it overnight or minimum 7 hours. To unmold the popsicles, take the mold out of the freezer. Then pour warm water on the side of the mold or dip them into warm water.

8Then slowly wiggle them and take it out. Enjoy the popsicle.

Change the popsicle pattern as per your wish. You can pour both mango puree and yogurt alternatively or mix them then pour it or pour half mango puree and half yogurt mix.

Adjust sugar according to the sweetness of the mangoes and avoid using very sour yogurt.

After you unmold all the popsicle, wrap them separately into the wax paper to store it. Enjoy it whenever you crave for frozen dessert.

Here, I added vanilla extract to the yogurt to get more flavor. You can also add cardamom powder or saffron to it. Or simply add yogurt and sugar.
