Apple Milkshake can be prepared very quickly with very few ingredients and it is very healthy. This has no sugar in it, for sweetness I am adding dates. This shake will be perfect to enjoy with your breakfast or even when you are not feeling to have breakfast, you can have this. Here comes the recipe for you.

Apple Dates Milkshake

INGREDIENTS

Apple - 1
Milk - 1 cup
Dates - 4
Ice Cubes - few
INSTRUCTIONS

1Remove the pit from the dates and soak them in 1/4 cup warm milk for 15 min.

2After 15 min, peel the apple and chop them roughly.

3Add chopped apple, remaining 3/4 cup milk and soaked dates with milk to the blender. Blend it well and serve into the serving glass.

NOTES

Adding ice cubes prevent the apple milkshake from turning into brown.

Here, I added dates for sweetness. That's why the color of the milkshake is little brown. If you want a white milkshake, skip dates and add sugar.

Soaking the dates in warm milk softens the date and helps to blend it easily. This is optional, you can skip this step and add the dates straightly if you want to make a shake very quick.

If you like, You can also add little bit of cinnamon powder while blending.
