Kelvaragu Puttu is very healthy and easy to make. It has a lot of nutrients, add kelvaragu in your weekly menu and stay healthy. We are adding grated coconut, cardamom and ghee that makes this puttu very tasty and aromatic. It can be eaten as a breakfast or evening snack but I prefer to have as a evening snack. I always liked rice flour puttu very much, I never thought I would like kelvaragu puttu but I started loving it when I tried for the first time. Now I am making this very often. I like to add lot of coconut that makes this even more delicious. Let's see how to make it..

2Add hot water to the flour one spoon at a time and mix well with your hands. If lumps are forming, break it well. Take some flour and press it in your hand. It has to holds its shape as shown in the pic below (like a kozhukattai) and if you crush it, it has to loosen up.
